What We’re Looking For

3+ years of golf course maintenance or supervisory experience

Degree or certification in Turfgrass Management (preferred)

Valid driver’s license

Texas Applicator’s License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)

Player's Assistant - Part-time Weekends
Forest Creek Golf Club is looking for a courteous, reliable Player’s Assistant to help maintain a smooth pace of play and elevate the guest experience on weekends. If you enjoy being outdoors, working with people, and being part of a team, we’d love to hear from you! Position is for Friday-Sunday availability, key responsibilities include:

Grounds Crew - Full-Time
Forest Creek Golf Club is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented individual to join our full-time Grounds Crew. This role is essential in maintaining the overall condition and appearance of the golf course. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work, and want to be part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you!
Key responsibilities include:

Mow greens, tees, fairways, and rough using specialized turf equipment

Perform bunker maintenance, edging, and sand replenishment

Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other maintenance tools

Assist with watering, tee marker setup, and hole location changes

Maintain a safe and clean work environment throughout the course

Bar + Beverage Cart Attendant - Part Time
Forest Creek Golf Club is hiring a part-time Bar + Beverage Cart Attendant to provide excellent service both in the clubhouse and out on the course. This role plays a key part in creating a fun, welcoming experience for our golfers. If you enjoy working with people, being outdoors, and staying active, this could be a great fit!
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve food and make beverages in the clubhouse and from the beverage cart
- Drive the beverage cart safely throughout the course while maintaining pace of play
- Interact with golfers in a friendly, professional, and upbeat manner
- Handle transactions accurately (cash + card)
- Keep cart and bar area clean, stocked, and organized
- Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs to staff
- Follow all safety and alcohol service guidelines

Grill & Bar Cook

This is a hands-on role that plays a key part in keeping the course healthy and green. If you’re mechanically inclined and enjoy troubleshooting outdoors, this position may be a perfect fit!
